Bondoc & Asociatii advised Eviva Energy in relation to a restructuring of an outstanding commercial debt

Bondoc & Asociatii advised Eviva Energy (part of the Martifer group) in relation to a restructuring of an outstanding commercial debt owed to it by a leading Romanian renewable group, which originated from a past wind turbines sale transaction. The restructuring was fine-tuned to adequately reflect all parties long-term interests and market conditions, including a novation of the initial terms of the principal debt and creation of a new collateral package.
