Bondoc & Asociatii is advising a leading Irish investor in relation to the acquisition of a project company currently developing a 40 MW wind project in South – Eastern Romania from a group of Romanian and Italian investors.
The completion of the transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent, including FDI approval and positive confirmatory due diligence. The buyer will finance the future development of the project, while the sellers will continue to collaborate with the buyer to bring the project to a ‘ready-to-build’ status.
