BONDOC ȘI ASOCIAȚII assisted Restart Energy in connection with the offer of “green” bonds convertible into shares.
BONDOC ȘI ASOCIAȚII assisted Restart Energy, an independent electricity and natural gas supplier, in connection with the offer of “green” bonds convertible into shares, whereby it obtained a financing of more than RON 16,000,000. The funds obtained from the private placement of the bonds will be used for the development and acquisition of renewable energy production assets.
The bond issue was admitted to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s Multilateral Trading System (MTS) on April 21, being the first issue of convertible bonds listed on the MTS.
The project was coordinated by the company’s capital markets team led by Simona Petrisor, Partner and Diana Ispas, Partner, with the support of the energy & natural resources department coordinated by Monica Iancu, Partner.
