Bondoc si Asociatii Brings Cosmin Stavaru on Board as Partner
Cosmin Stavaru has over 13 years of experience in business law, and during his career, he has assisted private investors, local and international corporations, investment funds and institutional clients in major transactions, most of them in areas such as real estate, public-private partnerships, commercial, energy/natural resources and corporate/mergers & acquisitions.
Cosmin Stavaru graduated the Law School of the Bucharest University and the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies in 2004, he has a degree in International Law and Human Rights from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. Prior to joining Bondoc si Asociatii Law Firm, Cosmin was a Partner of Bulboaca si Asociatii.
