Our Energy and Natural Resources Capabilities
We cover the entire range of legal issues in the energy and natural resources areas, including renewables, nuclear, oil and gas, mining. We also have leading experience in handling inquiries in the sector.
“Within complex matters as the ones arising from business operations within the renewable energy sector in Romania, it is of utmost importance to take care with the detail, and due command of the legislation and business requirements, and on that the law firm is extremely strong“. [Legal 500, 2021]
“This practice proves to be very helpful and the information that in-house peers provided was always accurate and exhaustive. Their availability is among their main strengths compared to other big firms which do not always find the time to answer immediate requests. Another strong point is their good knowledge in the field of renewable energy in their country as well as their expertise on the operational level and this is the main reason why we keep on requesting their assistance whenever needed“. [Legal 500, 2021]
“[…]a unique blend of quality legal assistance and a deep understanding of the business environment“. [Legal 500, 2021]
“very quick response to our needs, even in urgent and unforeseen matters“. [Chambers and Partners Europe, 2021]
