| ■ | a software company focusing on next-generation sequencing-based patient testing solutions in a transaction concerning the sale of its assets, including intellectual property, to a leading precision medicine company acting in the field of solutions for transplant patients; the transaction combined legal aspects related to highly innovative products including in the field of IT and medicine. |
| ■ | one of the most active electricity and natural gas suppliers and energy producers in the country, in a number of matters covering the digitalization of energy services in Romania, the client being the fastest growing energy provider on the market which primarily conducts its activity and relationships with final customers through digital tools. We advised the client in connection with all contractual and regulatory matters concerning a social energy platform run by the client, designed as a digital tool allowing users to access a trading platform of green tokens, incorporating crypto assets and gamification elements. We basically assisted the client in establishing the legal prerogatives and conditions for the blockchain-powered platform aimed at creating an ecosystem representing the first peer-to-peer, fully decentralized energy transfer platform, allowing users to send and receive energy worldwide, based on its proprietary virtual balancing system that uses A.I, Big Data, and IT technologies. |
| ■ | a Romanian entrepreneur, in relation to the design and implementation of a business concept (and the follow up functionalities) covering car accidents, based on an electronic application that allows for the connection of multiple services required in the context of a car accident. |
| ■ | some of the largest international pharma companies, in connection to their IT applications, IT platforms, electronic vouchers system and use of several data basis, as well as in drafting and negotiating the contractual framework with different service providers, including from the parties’ qualification perspective. |

| ■ | one of the largest online retailers in Romania, in connection with IT projects, including in relation to a joint venture for the establishment of a virtual marketplace, which consisted in highly sophisticated work for the preparation and negotiation of the package for the setting up of the IT platform intended to host the marketplace, the assignment of rights in this respect and the services required for its maintenance and the assistance during the implementation period. |
